Robb Kambic in his early days at Unidata

The Unidata Program Center wishes a fond farewell to Robb Kambic, who is forsaking the snow and Chinook winds of Colorado's front range for the mosquitos and hurricane force winds of central Florida.

Robb's tenure as a Unidata software developer began in August of 1993. In the intervening years, he has contributed to a wide variety of Unidata projects, ranging from the Local Data Manager (LDM), data decoders, and the THREDDS Data Server.

Unidata at the National Weather Association Meeting

Several members of the Unidata Program Center staff will be attending the 37th annual National Weather Association meeting in Madison, Wisconsin, October 6-11, 2012. Staff members will be available to talk with conference attendees about Unidata software products and data services. There will be demonstrations of Unidata's Integrated Data Viewer (IDV) and a preview of the National Weather Service's next-generation AWIPS II package.

If you're attending the meeting, please come by Unidata's booth in the exhibit area to talk!

2012 Software Training Workshops: Registration Extended

Learn directly from Unidata developers at the training workshop.

The 2012 Unidata Software Training Workshops will be held October 22 – November 7 at the Unidata Program Center in Boulder, Colorado.

Registration extended:
Last day to register is October 1st!

Unidata's training workshops are created and presented by the software developers and support staff for each package, so you can be sure to get your questions answered!
