McIDAS-X Addendum v2009k / v2012.1

McIDAS-X Addendum v2009k aka v2012.1 has been released to make changes to the Unidata McIDAS-X/-XCD 2009 distribution.

This cumulative set of bugfixes and enhancements in Unidata McIDAS-X v2009k includes all SSEC v2012.1 and previous updates, and is available to registered users in a gzip-compressed tar file.

NetCDF 4.2.1 Release

The Unidata netCDF group is pleased to announce the 4.2.1 release of the netCDF C libraries:

GEMPAK v6.6.0 Released

GEMPAK 6.6.0 is now available at the download page https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/gempak/

 In addition to general table and map updates, 6.6.0 includes updates to NEXR2RHI and NMAP2, as well as an improved pre-compilation system architecture determination which eliminates the need to modify configuration files on some systems.  Other updates include improved support for the migration to AWIPS II, and the ability to display Cryosat and high-resolution OSCAT data (thanks to the work done by Greg McFadden at OPC). 

THREDDS Data Server release 4.2.10

A new stable release, version 4.2.10, is now available on the THREDDS Data Server page.

This is a bug fix release, incorporating CDM 4.2.32. This version should be used for all production servers.

NetCDF-Java library version 4.2.32

The NetCDF-Java/CDM library version 4.2.32 was released on April 13, 2012. The latest update can be downloaded from the NetCDF Java Library page.

This has bug fixes and minor improvements, especially when reading NEXRAD Level 2 data. If you are reading local NEXRAD Level 2 files, we strongly encourage you to upgrade.
