LDM 6.11.0

Version 6.11.0 of the LDM package has been released.

The main new feature of this minor release is the addition of a transitory database of information on local upstream LDM processes. • An ncdump bug in CDL output for netCDF-4 string data containing characters that need to be escaped (e.g. newlines, tabs, quotes)
