IDV version 2.9

IDV 2.9 is available for download at: https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/

New features since the 2.8u1 release include a new Java version; new netCDF-Java version; smoothing of grids; capture time height wind profiler images; new grid diagnostics; GRIB indexing; and CDM profiler data type. For further information, see the release notes.
