[netCDF #FDV-951529]: pb with installing netcdf library

I'm the UDUNITS developer.

It looks like you have a problem with building the PERL interface to
the UDUNITS library.  Do you need that interface?  If not, they you
can skip it by setting the environment variable PERL to the empty
string before executing the "configure" script (execute the command
"make distclean" first).
