[IDV #ZDB-837948]: Help for Unidata IDV

What's the format of your DEM?  We only support the USGS ASCII DEM
format at present.  If that is your format, then you would
load in the DEM and load in the Image.  Select the image in
the Field selector and for the Display, select Image Over Topography.
