[IDV #HRS-452983]: IDV - IDV - ISL save image problem

It's Java 6 (1.6) that is the problem. Apparently, GIF in 1.6 supports
compression which it didn't in 1.5. This will be fixed in tonight's
build. One wrinkle though. In 1.5, setting a compression type
was not supported, but by default GIF compressed the image. Now that
the compression can be set, the image quality flag is being used
so the default mode of High (low compression) results in larger images.
So, if you care about the size of the resulting images, set the quality
to low which gives you a high compression rate. Since GIF is lossless
you don't lose image quality.
