[IDV #ASK-301176]: IDV - filepaths feature request

It's on our list of things to do, we just haven't gotten around to
it yet.  It'll take a little bit of creative coding to make sure we
are backward compatible.  

Basically, we are thinking that when the bundle is saved, there
will be an option to set the paths relative instead of absolute.
On opening, there will either be a property or some way to 
set the top level directory for relative paths.

Since some datasets can be local and others remote in the same bundle, 
we have to work through this carefully to make sure we don't break
anything.
