[IDV #ZSD-139205]: IDV - RHI Does Not Plot

Only if you want to run IDV 2.0. ;-)  BTW, maybe you've told me before,
but why do you need to run the Direct-X version?  Do you have problems
with the OpenGL version?  If so, have you tried it with the latest
driver for your video card?

Just a follow-up on this.  Both the IDV 1.3B2 and the NCDC viewer
use list the cannonical VCP elevation angles in their lists.  That's
find if you are plotting in 2D, but would put the 3D position of a
ray in the wrong place.  For example, looking at your BMX files, the
old IDV and NCDC viewers show a 1.8 elevation angle.  In reality, the
mean elevation is 1.69.  I've seen larger differences in other files.
