20031016:xidv -> jnlp bundles

Kalika,

If you have few bundle files to convert the simplest thing is to start
the IDV, read in a bundle file with menu choice File->Open (not
File->Import), and save the state as a jnlp file with File->Save as
using a filename extension of .jnlp

If you have a jnlp file and want to add a bundle to it, for the syntax
in the jnlp file see an existing jnlp with a bundle. You have to convert
the bundle file with Base64 encoding. See the IDV class
IntegratedDataViewer, method doSave().
