[IDD #MOS-406308]: 20190125: GOES-17 on IDD

Hmm... Thanks for reporting this!  We are troubleshooting the connection
between the machine that gets the output from the GRB 200 receiver
(fanout.unidata.ucar.edu) and the machine that runs CSPP GEO that
converts the UDP stream to products (cluster5.unidata.ucar.edu).
The first guess is that a fiber optic transceiver or a 5-port Dlink
switch died.
