Since there are both forward and reverse DNS for this new machine,
it should already be ALLOWed to REQUEST the feed(s) that your old
machine did from antidd.ucar.edu.  The best way to test if this is
the case is to:

<as 'ldm' on frost>
notifyme -vl- -f ANY -h antidd.ucar.edu

If your machine is properly ALLOWed, you should see a message with
an OK in it.  A message that contains 'Access denied by remote server'
is an indication that the ALLOW that should be there is not.  Please
let us know if you run into this!
