[LDM #LQF-497474]: NEXRAD feed

As far as I can tell, there are no issues with our receipt or relay of
NEXRAD2 products, but this is not a guarantee that all data are actually
available - they may have not been sent by the originating site, etc.

You can check the status of the various NEXRAD 2 radars at:

http://radar2pub.ncep.noaa.gov/

A quick check of this site shows that the central region radars KPAH and KTWX
are down, and products from KILX are "slow".
