[IDD #OOM-836612]: No Canadian surface obs since 15 UTC on Februray 20

Hi Carissa,

I don't know if you are the appropriate person for this, but I figured that
I'd try you first...

We have not seen any Canadian surface obs (SAO/METAR) in the NOAAPort SBN
since 15 UTC yesterday, Tuesday, February 20.

We were alerted to the outage by one of our Canadian users, and I verified
that we have not received any Canadian surface reports since yesterday
by plotting hourly maps of temperature over North America starting at
12 UTC yesterday.

Can you either send this along to someone involved in the selection of
observations for the NOAAPort SBN or let us know who we should be
contacting directly in the future?
