[IDD #RAU-169993]: New secondary feeds needed

OK.  I just tried a 'notifyme' from a machine here in Unidata, and
I can successfully request data from idd.tamu.edu:

Please try the same 'notifyme' invocation from your machine to see if the
feed failure you are seeing is because you are being denied or some other
reason.

No, I have not heard anything from folks at TAMU.  If you verify that your
'notifyme' invocation fails because of being denied, I will contact
TAMU to see what the problem may be.

For reference:

- what is the fully qualified name of your LDM machine and its IP address?
