[UDUNITS #SHN-992901]: download of sources for old UDUNITS versions no longer works

It's an unintended consequence of converting the UDUNITS CI/CD pipeline to use 
our Nexus repository server. Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon (I'll be working on 
it today).
