[UDUNITS #HRY-443686]: bad link

Hi Bob,

Sorry about that. I've been migrating the UDUNITS continuous 
integration/deployment pipeline away from Travis CI because they're now 
limiting and/or charging us. In the process, I managed to shoot my foot and 
mess-up the public webpage.

It's being restored.

In the meantime, what are you looking for? Maybe I can help.
