[netCDF #QUL-567657]: Can't find or link to the hdf5 library netcdf 4.4.0

Hello,

According to the config.log file attached, the CFLAGS, CPPFLAGS, etc, are not 
set.  

ac_cv_c_ieeefloat=yes
ac_cv_env_CC_set=
ac_cv_env_CC_value=
ac_cv_env_CFLAGS_set=
ac_cv_env_CFLAGS_value=
ac_cv_env_CPPFLAGS_set=
ac_cv_env_CPPFLAGS_value=
ac_cv_env_CPP_set=

Try the following command:

$ 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/data/gpfs/assoc/ataq/xsun/libraries/zlib/lib:/storage/highspeed/apps/hdf5-1.8.18_ifc17/lib"
 CPPFLAGS="-I/storage/highspeed/apps/hdf5-1.8.18_ifc17/include" 
LDFLAGS="-L/storage/highspeed/apps/hdf5-1.8.18_ifc17/lib" ./configure 
--prefix=/storage/highspeed/apps/netcdf_4.4.0_ifc17_disable4

Let us know if that does not fix the problem; if it doesn't, please send the 
config.log file generated.  Thank you!
