[netCDF #BEN-576997]: Error in netcdf-fortran nf03_test and f03tst_open_mem

Hello,

Can you provide the config.log files generated when you ran 'configure' for
netcdf-c and netcdf-fortran, as well as the test-suite.log file generated in
the nf03_test directory when the test failed?

Thanks!
