[netCDF #VNP-607256]: HDF library not found

At compile time, you need to set LDFLAGS
instead of LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Something like
  LDFLAGS=-L/opt/intel/lib/intel64:/opt/lib -lhdf5 -lhdf5_hl

> Package Version:
> Operating System: Linux Fedora
> Hardware:
> Description of problem: This must have been reported many times in the past.
> When I try to configure netcdf, it reports

> configure: error: Can't find or link to the hdf5 library. Use
> --disable-netcdf-4, or see config.log for errors.
