[McIDAS #BHN-273617]: Higher resolution maps??

OK, OUTVHRES is not _used_ in MAP.CORE.  MAP.CORE doesn't actually define
map files, it specifies how to use them for named coverages.

Other than the output from 'DMAP OUT', no.  Why 'OUT'?  Map files are
referred to in McIDAS as map OUTline files (I didn't invent this :-).

There are a number of map files that were/are made available by SSEC in
their XRD package, and none of those are included in the McIDAS documentation
that defines things that are available in the core SSEC distribution.

I will see about adding a file to the Unidata McIDAS-X distribution that lists
all of the map files included in the Unidata distribution.
