Then what is your evidence that products are being dropped?  I assumed
you had some visualization tools that were having gaps or something
along those lines.

In thelma's logs, for the first incident product IDs for 7716, 7717,
7718 and 7720 are given, but none are give for 7715 and 7719 (note:
milton is thelma):
