[IDV #URX-148278]: THREDDS not responding in IDV 6.2u2

Hi Teddy,

I am in China right now and has no problem connecting to the TDS server, I am 
sure it is not the server problem.

You can try your browser, just change the .xml to .html to see if you can 
connect to the server.

Please send me the error message and I will check it out tomorrow morning my 
local time, it is 11:39pm and I am ready to sleep.
