[IDV #PCG-849921]: authentication dialog problems, again

Hi Brian,

After many hours debugging, I have found the problem and the fixed is ready in 
the nightly release (6.2u2). Basically it is
a multi threads issue when there are more than one data source requires 
authentication procedure, we will have to let it done
in a order (synchronized). Please download the new nightly release and test it 
out.
