Hi Brian,

If the authentication information is correctly stored in the 
authentication.xml, this dialog is not supposed to popup. Do you
get this interface to popup around 20% of the attempts? Or in 20% of attempts 
the popup interface garbled?

Please help me understand your workflow, I can not reproduce this locally in my 
setting.
