The projection of the FLASH grib2 data is different and our previous library did not parse the data to the correct geolocation. Anyway, you can download the nightly release from: https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/nightly/index.jsp and give it a try. Remember to uninstall the previous 5.7u1.
