[IDV #GZG-602584]: Graphical artifact support

Hi Timothy,

I have seen this issue on one of my colleague's machine, basically, he was 
running the IDV on
his Window that was connecting to a big screen. If he unplugged the external 
screen the IDV
displays normally. So I can only guess that the artifact is somehow related to 
the refresh rate
of your computer and the external monitor. Try to adjust the refresh rate of 
the monitor
to see if it helps.
