[IDV #WRY-586577]: IDV - Error loading MADIS METARS

It turns out that the pointers in the file are bad.  The number of
stations has exceeded the max number of stations allowed so we were
coming up with unknown stations.  GSD is going to fix the problem 
on Monday, but for now we've put in a fix for the IDV which will 
skip over these bad records.  However, that will mean that there
is missing data (hopefully not the data you want).  The fix is
in our nightly build which you can download from the IDV download
page.  It's fairly stable at the moment, but let us know if
you find any problems.
