The Image Display control is specifically designed for dealing with
direct loads of images from an ADDE server.  At some point, we'll
migrate away from it's use when we can add the functionality to the
Plan View Color Shaded Display that the Image Display handles.  For
formulas like this, use the Plan View Color Shaded Display instead
of the Image Display.   Sorry for the confusion.
