Your system is probably set up to use a language other than
English.  At this point, our international support is minimal.

When you get this error, does the dialog box that has a
Support Form button pop up?  If so, can you please fill
out the form and submit it so we can get more details on
exactly where the problem is occurring?  Also, please
indicate what language you are using.
