[IDD #HXN-593956]: Bad images in the GOES 16 GRB feed?

I have sent the NCEP folks (all of them) multiple emails pointing
out that the clock drift on their CONDUIT source machines is now
causing problems at user sites.  I was told that fixing this problem
is scheduled for October.  At the time of the reply I got, I thought
that whis would mean sometime near the beginning of October, and,
yet, here it is October 22 already!  I am not sure exactly what is
going on in NCEP, but whatever it is appears to be affecting them
being able to attend to what would seem to be a simple issue in
a timely manner.  Sigh!

As far as turning off our feeds from the SSEC GRB fanout servers,
I will wait to see if the alerts we have been bombarded with stop,
or continue.  If they continue, I will be turning off our feeds
from the fanout servers, and our GOES-16/17 ingest will be solely
from our own downlinks.
