[IDD #TJZ-904221]: castor.rcac.purdue.edu upgrade

We are able to see what castor is receiving in the NEXRAD2 feed using
the LDM utility 'notifyme':

This tells us that castor is correctly getting the NEXRAD2 data and its
ALLOW for machines in the unidata.ucar.edu domain is working correctly.

But, a comparison of the NEXRAD2 volumes being reported by castor
with those being reported by the IDD top level relay that we operate,
idd.unidata.ucar.edu) show that the real time stats volumes that castor
is reporting are measurably less:

This unexpected difference is a flag to look harder at the setup on castor.


- are there any abnormal looking messages in the LDM log file on castor?

- can you send the output of 'ldmadmin config' on castor?
