[LDM #FGA-490933]: LDM server access

I apologize for the tardy reply.  I am currently on travel and do not
have continuous access to the Internet...

We believe that the best option, especially given your desire for ongoing,
near-realtime data, is to setup/resurrect an LDM feed for the data.

Given appropriate login permissions (as users 'ldm' and 'root'), we can do
a clean LDM installation for you.  Maintaining the feed would, however,
be the responsibility of someone at CSU.

Please let us know if you would like help getting back up using the LDM.
