[IDD #RRU-338352]: What's wrong with idd.cise-nsf.gov ?

Yesterday morning we received a message that indicated that there was
a major power outage at the NSF buildings in Arlington, Virginia:

  Due to a major power outage, NSF will be closed today.  They are hoping 
  to be open tomorrow.

Since idd.cise-nsf.gov is housed in those same offices, it went down
when the power failed.  We had hoped/expected that power would have been
restored by now, but it apparently has not been.

Yes.  Use idd.unidata.ucar.edu as your IDD failover.
