There will be a brief (under 5 minute) outage next Monday July 9th
around 9pm edt of connectors single-connected to the MAX router
there: WRLC, World Bank, USDA, NASA/GSFC, NIH, UMD, GWU, GU, UCDC, Library
Congress, Census, HHS, HHMI, I2's DC office, TIGR, NARA, Walter Reed/Windber,
COLA, NOAA, LTS, and Fujitsu's v6. Double-homed connectors USM and NLM should
be unaffected.
