Chris,

thelma is reserved for 1st tier relay nodes only and a few local nodes, I
can't add you there. Your upstream node is LSU as you know. Why don't you
try some traceroutes to some other nodes to see if you can find a better
connection?  Look at topo chart for ideas, remember don't pick nodes
already feeding  a bunch of sites:

Unless you have  vBNS you will start to saturate your connection
with the duplicate data.  The LDM sends most duplicates to the destination
machine before they are dropped.
