[Datastream #ZWO-808334]: Missing GOES-West GeoColor Products from G18

Yes indeed.  We got an alert from our contacts at CSU/CIRA just before
5 pm yesterday letting us know of the resumption.

I do not know if the G17 labeling is indicating that the products are
being created from GOES-17 images, or if this is a hiccup in the processing
pipeline that creates the GeoColor images.  I just sent a note asking if
this is to be changed, or what.
