Thanks for reporting this, I was unaware of problems with the GOES-West
GRB imagery.

To answer your question, we are not seeing anything unusual with
our or UW/SSEC's GOES-West downlinks - the indicated Carrier to
Noise (C/N) on both machines has been essentially the same over
the past several days.

We'll see if there is anything obviously wrong on our end and contact
SSEC to see if they are seeing the same thing.
