[Datastream #YCQ-600015]: GOES17 ABI data on GRB and NOAAPort tomorrow

The ABI on GOES-17 has reached beta status.  Other instruments reached
this level before today.

It will not.

Assuming that they send it out in much the same way as is the case for
GOES-16 ABI imagery tiles, it will appear in NOTHER.

This is unknown to us at this point, but I suspect that the ABI
tiles will show up in the same way that they did for GOES-16.
