[AWIPS #PHZ-247370]: problems with installing on windows

Which model data are you looking for?  GFS, NAM, and RAP are all showing up for 
me right now?

I'm sorry the monitor is causing some issues.

It sounds like your direct install of CAVE is working though?  If you let me 
know which data
exactly, isn't showing up for you we can look into it.
