[AWIPS #VGH-442296]: Awips-cave

I'm sorry CAVE is giving you issues.  This is something we have seen (with more 
frequency lately)
so please try the instructions posted on this page:
https://github.com/Unidata/awips2/issues/490

I may also add this to our Common Problems page, since it seems to be more 
common.
