[AWIPS #NLY-733318]: EDEX Server for University of Wyoming

Hi Harrison,

Do you know if he was seeing any actual errors from CAVE when this was
happening?

> This is the system he's trying to use:
> Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics, 2600 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4
> Logical Processor(s)
> BaseBoard Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
> System Model: VivoBook_ASUSLaptop X412DAP_F412DA
> OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Home

Do you know how much disc space and how much RAM the machine has?
Having an AMD graphics card can cause problems when trying to load/render
some products, but it shouldn't be causing CAVE to crash.

I could see if either the machine is out of disc space or if there isn't
very much RAM, then that could possibly be causing the issues.
