[AWIPS #NLY-733318]: EDEX Server for University of Wyoming

Hi there,

That *should* be fine to run CAVE.  Could he start it up again and try to take a
screenshot of whatever errors are happening? On a Windows, using this key combo 
will prompt for a selection box for a screen capture:
  window key + shift + s
