[AWIPS #NER-118884]: Windows Version Failing to Load



Hi Jacob,

I just wanted to follow up and see if CAVE has still been working for you?
We've had some "solutions" in the past stop working after a while, so I just
wanted to know if disabling IPv6 has worked to continue to run CAVE properly.
