Near as I can tell, something is unhappy with SOME site requests on the TAMU servers. I've spent a fair chunk of the evening trying to sort it out but I'm perplexed. I recommend a fail-over if you can, while I try to sort things out. More info, including whatever I find, if only to try to help the Unidata problem resolution process. Sorry for the inconvenience.
