19991207: No echoes



Tim,

Radtim uses the same syntax as dattim, though you will want
to insure you specify yymmdd/hhmm instead of just mmdd/hhmm as you
show below, eg radtim=991207/1500.

The raddur is taken as the number of minutes prior to radtim to
start looking for data.
