[python #XCR-768812]: ask about SBCAPE formula



Greetings!

As of MetPy 1.5.0, `cape_cin` and all of the variations (including 
`surface_based_cape_cin`) now use the virtual temperature when calculating 
buoyancy. Versions before this did not use the virtual temperature.
