[python #SOS-815998]: Opening Large netCDF files on HPC

Greetings!

So that test validates that there's not something weird about I/O performance 
when running on HPC. Can you compare the versions of netcdf-c (libnetcdf if 
you're using conda) and netcdf4-python and see how they compare between running 
on HPC and running locally?
