[noaaport] NOAAPort/SBN Changing Satellites

Greetings all,

It's been a while since we've heard any news on this front, but this PNS (https://www.weather.gov/media/notification/pdf2/scn22-77_sbn_galaxy31_change.pdf) was just issued announcing plans to change satellites "effective early 2023."  The tentative transition schedule is below:

NOV 2022:    G31 Planned Launch Date
FEB 2023:    Dual Illumination Period
APR 2023:    Complete Transition to G31

Also of note is that the satellite we'll be switching to, Galaxy 31, will be a new one launched later this year (https://www.satbeams.com/satellites?id=2748).

If I see any more details come across I'll forward them here as well.

Best,
-Mike
