[netCDF #CMZ-711365]: Info about fortran bootstrap procedure



Hello,

The fortran bootstrap option was experimental and has not been kept up to date; 
thank you for reminding me it's there, I will take a look and either update or 
remove the option. In the meantime, you will probably be best served by 
installing netCDF-Fortran manually.
